North Manatee next growth boom area

Here is an article from the Bradenton Herald about the boom in north Manatee county. I think this could be a great location in between Sarasota and Tampa. You can have the luxuries of both of these cities as well as everything in Bradenton. I presume they will build affordable housing which is necessary for our local economy.
